Ga Ga and the Gerardi's came to Crested Butte this week. They arrived Friday afternoon. Gulliver and I went up to the hotel to meet everyone for pizza. It was so fun to see Gulliver's reaction when he first saw everyone. He warmed up immediately. He gave hugs and kisses galore. And only a short time after we arrived, he had Ga Ga by the hand and ventured off with up to the lobby. Mom? What mom?
My cousin, Chelsea, happened to be in Crested Butte last week, so she joined our pizza party, too. The last time I saw her was 16 years ago at Deb and Dave's wedding, so that was a special treat!
Mark and I got to take a little stay-cation ourselves. We stayed in a hotel up at the mountain for 2 nights and got to ski 2 days. We enjoyed seeing the Bare Naked Ladies perform on Saturday night and Big Head Todd on Sunday. Saturday was warm and sunny. Sunday was snowing and blowing. I don't know know how Todd & the Monsters managed to play with snow blowing everywhere, but they were troopers and put on a great show!
We so enjoyed seeing Aunt Debbie, Uncle Dave, Jake, Harper, and Ga Ga. Gulliver is quite fond of his cousins and says both of their names repeatedly. The week flew by so fast! But we had a lot of good times...

Here We Go...
It's been a month since I last posted, so here are some photos to catch up.
Strider!
Still playing with his Christmas present
Baking "car" muffins with Mom
Getting silly with marker lids
Reading is always more fun with Dad
Big Air on Elk Avenue
Followed by dinner at the Ginger Cafe
Nice, warm days -- and daylight savings -- mean time to play outside
Still a good eater
Playing one of our silly games, with colored noodles, measuring spoons, cups, and blocks
